Consultants' contracting process ensures that the client receive
the best value Training, Consulting and Research services with
no surprises, no escalating hourly rates, and no hidden charges.
JJA CONSULTANTS' clients include private sector large, medium
and small businesses, state, local and Federal government agencies,
and foreign governments. We contract under several competitive
arrangements including responding to open solicitations and requests
for proposals. We currently hold basic ordering agreements and
contracting vehicles with state, Federal and private sector organizations
which provide us with fast, efficient methods of contracting with
our clients. Once contact is made with a potential client, JJA
CONSULTANTS' contracting process is simple:
STEP ONE:
Our team meets with potential client to assess requirements and
determine unique client needs.
STEP TWO:
Agreement is reached on the statement of work, expected deliverables,
consulting team, price and schedule.
STEP THREE:
A contracting vehicle is identified, final terms are negotiated,
and a contract is signed.
STEP FOUR:
Our team develops a customized engagement plan outlining required
consulting, training and research services, supporting products
to be provided, final delivery schedules and the contract billing
plan.
STEP FIVE:
Our team provides required services and deliverables ensuring
satisfaction through an engagement management process.
STEP SIX:
Our customer satisfaction management team provides ongoing
follow-up.
