Organizations are invited to participate in the search for excellence
through Best Business Practices by funding a Best Practices Study
independently or by becoming a partner in one of the following
levels:
Platinum
BBP Partner
Platinum partners are able to participate in up to five studies.
Key benefits include study design participation, receipt of the
study results package, selected Board and team level presentations,
support for internal performance gap-closure activities, and up
to 40% discount on other performance improvement services.
Gold BBP
Partner
Gold partners are able to participate in up to three studies.
Key benefits include study design participation, selected support
for internal performance gap-closure activities, and up to 25%
discount on other performance improvement services.
Silver BBP
Partner
Silver partners are able to participate in one study. Key benefits
include access to the results of the BBP study and up to 15% discount
on other performance improvement services.
BEST BUSINESS PRACTICES SERVICES METHODOLOGY
Identification
Of Partners
BBP partners are identified through a variety of sources including
national, international, and industry sector award winners, best
practice databases, polls, noted industry leaders, and implementers.
JJA CONSULTANTS has contact with over 800 organizations annually
that serve as benchmarks in various business sector service areas.
Partners participate in the BBP study by providing organizational
performance data and partners then have access to the study results.
Study Design
Board
Our company's specialists finalize the structure of the BBP study
and design the instruments. Selected study participants are invited
to provide input to the topic areas that will be the focus of
the study.
Study Data
Collection and Analysis
JJA CONSULTANTS conducts the BBP study by collecting, entering,
analyzing, comparing, and evaluating data from all study partners.
Qualitative and quantitative data is collected from study participants
through a variety of methods including telephone and in-person
surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
Development
of Report And Database
Our company develops unique databases for comparative analysis
and execution of structured queries. We also provide an executive
summary and a detailed report for each study partner. The report
contains demographic data, qualitative and quantitative analysis
of BBP data, identified best practices, and conclusions.
Dissemination
of Results
Our company disseminates the results to each of the study partners.
Presentations of the results are delivered to the partners, their
leadership teams, and other stakeholders according to the level
of partnership purchased. We also offer performance gap closure
consultation and performance improvement services to study partners
at the Gold and Platinum levels. Additional usage rights may include
the right to distribute the results internally for training and
performance improvement.
Protection
of Intellectual Property
JJA CONSULTANTS protects the intellectual property of all study
partners. Partner identities can be protected through data coding.
In some cases, when confidential information is shared, study
partners may be required to sign confidentiality agreements regarding
the release of selected data and information.
