The EBAT® Performance Excellence Criteria consists of ten
categories as the basis for performance assessment and improvement.
Assessment
In-house assessment products are available at three levels:
Level One: Cursory Assessment Process
Level Two: Facilitated Assessment Process
Level Three: Comprehensive Examiner-based Process
The assessment options offer organizations the opportunity to
get started with a powerful introductory Level One process and
progress to the higher levels as they grow and build on their
own successes.
Curriculum
EBAT® curriculum are available for training Leaders, Managers,
Employees, EBAT® Examiners, and Specialists on the criteria,
assessment process, tools and techniques of EBAT®-based
performance improvement. Certification of Examiners and Specialists
ensures high-quality examinations and develops in-house expertise.
Performance
Gap-closure
Customized packages using proven gap-closure methodologies,
tools, and techniques are available to assist with interpreting
the EBAT® results, prioritizing needs, developing strategies,
and closing identified performance gaps.
Outcomes
EBAT® is results-driven system that guarantees improvement
in all facets of organizational performance. Expect improvement
at the individual, work-unit, and organizational levels; participation
